The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Jackson Accounting, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

  • If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.

5. No Client Relationship

Your use of the Website, including submitting inquiries, scheduling consultations, or accessing resources, does not create a client relationship with Jackson Accounting. A client relationship is only formed upon the execution of a formal engagement agreement signed by both you and Jackson Accounting. Information provided through the Website, such as blog posts or financial guides, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting or financial advice.


6. User Contributions

The Website may allow you to submit inquiries, comments, or other content (collectively, "User Contributions"). All User Contributions must comply with these Terms and must not:

  • Contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

  • Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.

  • Contain any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

By submitting User Contributions, you grant Jackson Accounting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.


7. Third-Party Services

The Website may include links to third-party websites or services, such as Google Analytics for usage tracking and Calendly for appointment scheduling, that are not owned or controlled by Jackson Accounting. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party services at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.


8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Jackson Accounting disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

9. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.


10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jackson Accounting, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website, including but not limited to your User Contributions, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or arbitration.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, Jackson Accounting may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.


13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.


14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver by Jackson Accounting of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jackson Accounting regarding the use of the Website.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
